These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of StylishTours.com, Stylish Tours, Stylish Group Corp, and all travel services provided by Stylish Tours (“Stylish Tours,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this website, submitting payment, authorizing a booking, confirming participation, or participating in any services provided by Stylish Tours, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
These Terms apply to:
BUSINESS ENTITY DISCLOSURE
Stylish Tours is a trade name, DBA (“doing business as”), of Stylish Group Corp, a North Carolina business entity. All contracts, bookings, payments, and legal obligations are entered into with Stylish Group Corp, operating under the trade name Stylish Tours.
1. WEBSITE OWNERSHIP, MARKETING MATERIALS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
A) Website Ownership & Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to itineraries, pricing structures, branding, text, graphics, logos, videos, images, layouts, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Stylish Tours or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, republication, scraping, downloading, distribution, modification, sale, resale, or creation of derivative works from any Stylish Tours content is strictly prohibited.
B) Use of Marketing Materials
All itineraries, documents, visuals, pricing sheets, promotional materials, and marketing assets provided by Stylish Tours are the exclusive property of Stylish Tours and are provided solely for the purpose of promoting and selling Stylish Tours programs.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific program, written agreement, or written authorization from Stylish Tours, such materials may not be modified, reproduced, redistributed, republished, or used to create, support, promote, or sell any independent, competing, or unauthorized travel product.
Any use of Stylish Tours materials must accurately reflect the program as provided, including pricing, inclusions, exclusions, structure, terms, conditions, and availability.
Access to certain materials, including detailed itineraries, co-branded content, supplier information, pricing, and program details, may be conditional upon partner validation, active engagement, approved collaboration, or confirmed bookings. Stylish Tours reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, withdraw, suspend, or restrict access to any such materials at any time.
Any unauthorized use, misuse, alteration, redistribution, or misrepresentation of Stylish Tours marketing materials may result in restriction of access, cancellation of associated bookings or allocations, termination of collaboration, and any other remedies available to Stylish Tours under law or contract.
2. WEBSITE DISCLAIMER
This website is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stylish Tours disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of:

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stylish Tours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

4. LIABILITY CAP
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Stylish Tours’ total aggregate liability exceed the total amount actually paid to Stylish Tours for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
5. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stylish Tours, Stylish Group Corp, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, representatives, suppliers, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, demands, actions, and proceedings, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to:
This provision survives cancellation, completion of travel, termination of services, and termination of this Agreement.
6. ROLE AS INTERMEDIARY
Stylish Tours acts solely as an intermediary for independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, ground operators, transportation providers, restaurants, guides, sightseeing companies, attractions, and other travel service providers.
Stylish Tours does not own, operate, manage, supervise, or control these independent suppliers.
Stylish Tours is not liable for:

7. BOOKING AUTHORITY & B2B RESPONSIBILITY
The person making the reservation warrants and represents that they:
If a travel advisor, travel agency, group leader, corporate representative, or other third party makes a booking, that party represents and warrants that they have full authority to bind the traveler, client, group, or organization to this Agreement.

8. PRICING & ADJUSTMENTS
Prices are based on current supplier contracts, fuel costs, exchange rates, taxes, tariffs, availability, and other cost factors at the time of quotation or booking.
Prices are guaranteed only after full payment, except for:
Airfare is subject to airline fare rules and is non-refundable once ticketed.
9. PAYMENT POLICY & TERMS
Unless otherwise clearly stated for a specific tour or travel package
Deposits are required to confirm reservations.
Failure to make payment when due may result in cancellation of the booking, loss of reservation, forfeiture of amounts paid, and applicable penalties.
Returned payments are subject to processing fees.

Stylish Tours reserves the right to cancel any booking for non-payment, late payment, returned payment, disputed payment, or failure to comply with the applicable payment schedule.
10. CHARGEBACK PROTECTION
You agree not to initiate credit card chargebacks, payment reversals, or payment disputes for services rendered, reserved, arranged, confirmed, or made available in accordance with this Agreement.
Improper chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals constitute a breach of contract and may result in recovery actions by Stylish Tours, including but not limited to recovery of:

11. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Unless otherwise clearly stated for a specific tour or travel package
Services such as transportation, lodging, meals, entertainment, sightseeing, and other travel services are sold on a partially refundable or non-refundable basis, depending on the cancellation date, supplier policies, and the departure date.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Land services are subject to published cancellation penalties.
Cancellation fees are outlined below, unless otherwise clearly stated for a specific tour or travel package:
Airline tickets, train tickets, and travel insurance are non-refundable once issued.
No refund will be issued for unused services, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, tours, meals, admissions, sightseeing, transfers, or transportation.
To cancel, you must inform Stylish Tours by email. Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date Stylish Tours acknowledges receipt of the cancellation.
12. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after Stylish Tours receives funds from the applicable suppliers.
Refund processing may take up to 90 days or longer, depending on supplier remittance, supplier policies, banking procedures, credit card processing timelines, and other factors outside the control of Stylish Tours.
Stylish Tours is not responsible for supplier delays in issuing refunds, credits, or remittances.
13. LAND ARRANGEMENTS
The Tour Operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements, supplier changes, weather conditions, government actions, transportation changes, or events beyond the control of Stylish Tours.
In all cases, Stylish Tours will make reasonable efforts to maintain the content and quality of the tour.
The Tour Operator also reserves the right to substitute hotels, transportation, sightseeing, meals, guides, or other services with alternatives of similar quality when necessary or appropriate.
14. RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
Stylish Tours acts solely as an agent and intermediary for service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, bus operators, sightseeing companies, cruise lines, ground handlers, guides, restaurants, and other suppliers offering land, air, sea, or related travel arrangements.
Stylish Tours cannot be held liable for any services provided by third parties.
The responsibilities of air carriers are limited by international agreements, tariffs, conditions of carriage, and applicable law.
Stylish Tours, participating airlines, and participating operators are not responsible for any act, omission, delay, injury, loss, damage, accident, irregularity, inconvenience, expense, or nonperformance related to these tours or travel arrangements.
The airline passenger contract shall constitute the sole agreement between the airline and the passenger.
Stylish Tours reserves the right to pursue legal action to collect unpaid fees, including cancellation fees, administrative fees, processing fees, and other amounts owed under this Agreement.
Should legal action be necessary, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, in addition to actual damages.
The legal venue for any dispute will be Wake County, North Carolina, and this contract is governed by the laws of North Carolina.
15. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITY
By booking, submitting payment, authorizing a reservation, or participating in travel services, the passenger agrees to all Terms and Conditions and acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted them.
This includes, without limitation, understanding that cancellation will result in fees as described in the “Cancellation & Refunds” section and that supplier terms may impose additional restrictions, penalties, or non-refundable charges.
Passengers are responsible for reviewing all confirmations, invoices, itineraries, documents, and travel requirements and for notifying Stylish Tours promptly of any errors or concerns.
16. INSURANCE NOTICE
Travel insurance is not included in the tour price.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether their local health insurance provides coverage while traveling internationally.
Stylish Tours strongly advises all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential issues, including but not limited to:
A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
Failure to purchase travel insurance does not create any liability for Stylish Tours and does not entitle the traveler to a refund, credit, or exception to this Agreement.
17. NOTICE OF CLAIMS
Any claim arising from travel, services, bookings, suppliers, payments, cancellations, refunds, or participation in any travel program must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of completion of travel.
Failure to provide timely written notice constitutes a waiver of the claim to the extent permitted by law.
18. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
You voluntarily assume all such risks by booking, paying for, or participating in travel services arranged by Stylish Tours.
Stylish Tours is not responsible for risks inherent in travel or for risks arising from conditions outside its control.
19. WAIVER OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive and release any claims against Stylish Tours, Stylish Group Corp, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, agents, representatives, and suppliers for personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, financial loss, travel disruption, inconvenience, or other damages arising from participation in travel activities, except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.
This waiver applies to claims arising from or related to travel services, supplier actions or omissions, inherent travel risks, events beyond the control of Stylish Tours, and the traveler’s own acts or omissions.
20. FORCE MAJEURE
Stylish Tours is not responsible for any failure, delay, cancellation, alteration, disruption, loss, damage, or expense caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Refunds or credits, if any, are subject to supplier policies and the ability of Stylish Tours to recover funds from suppliers.
Stylish Tours is not obligated to provide refunds, credits, substitutions, or compensation beyond what is recovered from suppliers or required by applicable law.
21. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & PASSPORT
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and complying with all passports, visas, vaccinations, health documents, entry requirements, exit requirements, transit requirements, and other documentation required for travel.
Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your arrival date at your destination, unless the destination requires a different validity period.
For visa requirements and other entry requirements, travelers must consult the nearest consulate, embassy, or official government source for current information.
Failure to obtain required documentation, comply with entry requirements, or meet passport, visa, vaccination, or health requirements does not entitle the traveler to a refund, credit, or exception to this Agreement.
Stylish Tours is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, quarantine, fines, penalties, expenses, or losses resulting from incomplete, incorrect, expired, or missing travel documents.
22. HEALTH & FITNESS
Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are medically, physically, and mentally fit to participate in the selected travel program.
Travelers are responsible for consulting their physician or medical provider before travel when appropriate.
Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, mobility limitations, dietary restrictions, allergies, health concerns, or other special needs may result in removal from the program without refund.
Stylish Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, delay, expense, or inability to participate resulting from a traveler’s health condition, lack of fitness, or failure to disclose relevant information.
23. MINORS
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult, parent, legal guardian, or authorized chaperone.
Parents, guardians, and responsible adults assume full responsibility for the conduct, supervision, safety, documentation, and compliance of minors traveling with them.
Stylish Tours is not responsible for the supervision of minors except where expressly agreed in writing.
24. PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE
Unless written notice is provided to Stylish Tours prior to departure, you grant Stylish Tours, Stylish Group Corp, its affiliates, and its business partners the right to use photographs, videos, images, recordings, testimonials, or likenesses taken or captured during travel for promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, website, public relations, and business purposes without compensation.
This release includes use by Stylish Tours, Stylish Group Corp, and all its affiliates and business partners.
If you do not wish to be photographed, filmed, or included in promotional materials, you must notify Stylish Tours in writing prior to departure.
25. ARBITRATION
Any dispute, claim, controversy, or disagreement arising out of or related to this Agreement, the website, any booking, payment, cancellation, refund, travel service, supplier service, or participation in any travel program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, North Carolina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Arbitration shall be conducted individually and not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
The arbitrator shall have authority to resolve the dispute in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law.
26. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive the right to participate in any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action against Stylish Tours, Stylish Group Corp, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, or suppliers.
Any dispute must be brought only in an individual capacity.
27. JURY TRIAL WAIVER
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you knowingly and voluntarily waive the right to trial by jury in any dispute, claim, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement, the website, any booking, any payment, any travel service, or participation in any travel program.
28. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, unavailable, or inapplicable, venue shall lie exclusively in the courts of Orange County, North Carolina, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
29. PRIVACY POLICY
Use of personal information is governed by the Stylish Tours Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
By using the website, submitting information, making a booking, or participating in services, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be collected, used, stored, processed, and shared as described in the Privacy Policy and as necessary to operate travel services.
30. COMPLIANCE
Stylish Tours operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations of the State of North Carolina.
North Carolina does not require a seller-of-travel registration for tour operators. However, Stylish Tours conducts its business in accordance with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws and applicable travel industry requirements.
Travelers, advisors, agencies, corporate clients, and all booking parties are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, supplier terms, travel requirements, and government requirements related to their booking and travel.
31. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
Electronic acceptance, digital signatures, payment submission, written authorization, email confirmation, online booking, or participation in services constitutes legally binding consent to this Agreement.
You agree that electronic records, electronic signatures, and electronic communications shall have the same legal effect as original written documents and handwritten signatures, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
32. SEVERABILITY & SURVIVAL
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted, modified, or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the intent of the provision.
The following provisions survive cancellation, completion of travel, termination of services, and termination of this Agreement:
33. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Stylish Tours and the client, traveler, advisor, agency, corporate client, group leader, or booking party.
Any modifications must be made in writing and signed or expressly approved by Stylish Tours.
Should any part of this Agreement be deemed unenforceable by a court, arbitrator, or other authority with jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement supersedes all prior communications, discussions, proposals, representations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
