Rates and Fares
The prices of the tours are guaranteed at the time of booking. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Stylish Tours, such as increased government taxes, prices may be adjusted accordingly. Prices are also subject to change due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
Deposit and Payment Policy
A 10% deposit (or a minimum of $250 USD) is required upon booking your tour. The final payment for land arrangements is due 45 days prior to departure. For flight bookings, full payment terms may vary. If booking within 21 days of travel, an additional fee may apply. A change fee of $50 per person will apply to any changes made by the traveler after confirmation has been sent.
Cancellations and Refunds
Services such as transportation, lodging, meals, entertainment, and others are sold on a partially refundable basis, depending on the cancellation date relative to the departure date. Cancellation fees are outlined below: 45 days or more before departure: A service fee of $150 per person, per country applies. Within 45 days of departure: If full payment has not been received, the deposit will be forfeited in full. Once full payment has been received, the following cancellation fees apply: More than 45 days before departure: $150 cancellation fee per tour. 44 to 25 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost. 24 to 10 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost. Less than 10 days before departure: 100% of the tour price. No refund will be issued for unused services, including flights, accommodations, tours, meals, or transportation. To cancel, you must inform Stylish Tours via email or fax. Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date Stylish Tours acknowledges the cancellation.
Land Arrangements
The Tour Operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. In all cases, Stylish Tours will strive to maintain the content and quality of the tour. The Tour Operator also reserves the right to substitute hotels with those of similar quality.
Responsibility and Liability
Stylish Tours acts solely as an agent for service providers such as airlines, hotels, bus operators, sightseeing companies, and others offering land arrangements. Stylish Tours cannot be held liable for any services provided by third parties. The responsibilities of air carriers are limited by international agreements and tariffs. Stylish Tours and participating airlines and operators are not responsible for any act, omission, delay, injury, loss, damage, or nonperformance related to these tours. The airline passenger contract will constitute the sole agreement between the airline and the passenger. Stylish Tours reserves the right to pursue legal action to collect unpaid fees, including cancellation fees, as outlined in the "Cancellations and Refunds" section. Should legal action be necessary, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and court costs, in addition to actual damages. The legal venue for any dispute will be Wake County, North Carolina, and this contract is governed by the laws of North Carolina.
Passenger Responsibility
By booking, the passenger agrees to all terms and conditions and acknowledges they have read and understood them. This includes understanding that cancellation will result in fees as described in the "Cancellations and Refunds" section.
Passport and Documentation
Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your arrival date at your destination. For visa requirements, please consult the nearest consulate or embassy for current information.
Entire Agreement and Severability
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Stylish Tours and the client. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Should any part of this agreement be deemed unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Insurance Notice
Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether their local health insurance provides coverage while traveling internationally. Stylish Tours strongly advises purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential issues such as cancellations, lost baggage, personal injury, or death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
