Arrive Paris CDG Airport where you will be met by your local Stylish representative and transferred to the Hotel d’Aubusson, a 17th century stately home located in the heart of Saint-Germain des Prés. Time to check-in and freshen up before your privately guided evening stroll of the Left Bank. Visit Saint-Germain des Prés and the Latin Quarter’s most important sites as well as hidden side streets and get a real feel for this iconic area of Paris.

Enjoy the morning and early afternoon at leisure to catch-up on some sleep and explore the city on your own. Why not have lunch at Ralph Lauren’s Restaurant, for a taste of home in the spirit of the Rive Gauche. Later on, meet your driver-guide in your hotel lobby for a tour of the Marais, one of Paris’ most exciting gastronomic districts, blending traditional markets and authentic wine bars along with trendy cafes, and avant-garde food shops. Stop into some of this district’s landmarks as well as its local establishments, and learn about the latest culinary trends around food and wine sampling. Return to your hotel and spend the rest of the evening at leisure.

After breakfast, your local Stylish representative will drive you to the train station where you board the TGV train to Lyon. Upon arrival, your driver will transfer you to the Villa Florentine, your home for the next three nights. Perched upon Lyon’s Fourviere hillside, this Relais & Chateaux property affords guests an exclusive stay within a true haven of peace.

After breakfast, embark on a full day tour of Lyon with your private driver-guide. Start with a visit to the city's impressively well-preserved Roman amphitheater and Odeon located near the top of the Fourvière hill and learn about the people's daily life during Roman times. Continue your explorations in the city's famed "Vieux Lyon," the old city center and chosen by UNESCO as World Heritage. Stroll down its narrow cobble-stoned streets, through its "traboules" (local covered passageways) and admire its gorgeous gothic "Saint Jean" cathedral. Have lunch in one of the city's traditional local restaurants, a "bouchon" and taste some of the many specialties of the city's world famous cuisine. After lunch, tour the district of Saint Georges, also in the "Vieux Lyon" along the Saone River. Return to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure. Tonight, we recommend dinner at the legendary "la Mere Brazier", founded in 1921 by Eugenie Brazier, the first woman ever to receive three Michelin stars. While some of the great classics remain on the menu, Chef Mathieu Viannay introduces innovative cuisine and creative dishes for an all around amazing culinary experience.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to your Chef’s private home, located in the countryside, for a half-day hands-on cooking course including lunch. Former teacher at the Paul Bocuse Institute, Jean-Marc Villard opens the doors to his home, creating an intimate setting for this once-in-a-lifetime learning experience. If weather permits, have lunch in his lovely backyard before being transferred back to your hotel in Lyon. Enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure.

After breakfast, bid farewell to France as your local Stylish Representative transfers you to the airport for your homebound flight.
